Technical Product Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically-oriented Product Manager to join our R&D team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a high-impact, temporary position (6-9 months) for someone who can "hit the ground running" and lead the development of internal products that power our business operations.

You will step into a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, AI, and Business, taking full ownership of our internal roadmap and ensuring our R&D momentum continues without missing a beat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Roadmap: Own and drive the end-to-end development of internal products and AI-based solutions during the coverage period.
• Rapid Execution: Step into an active development cycle, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in close collaboration with R&D, data, and design teams.
• Translate Needs to Tech: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and turn them into clear PRDs and actionable technical specs.
• AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows and lead the development of internal AI-powered tools to drive efficiency.
• Cross-functional Delivery: Ensure smooth coordination across business, tech, and analytics to ensure adoption and impact.
• Analyze & Improve: Investigate product performance, perform root cause analysis, and solve problems using data.

• Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager - Must
• Strong technical orientation – experience working closely with R&D teams and understanding technical systems.
• Proven experience writing clear PRDs and technical documentation.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate/Short-notice availability – to ensure a smooth hand-over process.
