We are looking for a Visual Creative Designer to join our Creative & Content team and lead the creation of high-performing paid content across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, product, and performance. You will create and edit video and visual assets for social channels, owning creative execution from concept to delivery while optimizing based on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual creative execution for Growth initiatives, with a focus on social platforms.
- Design, edit, and produce high-quality video and static assets for paid social campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with performance and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing managers and business teams.
- Translate data insights and performance results into creative optimizations
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining a high creative standard
- Support content creation for social platforms as part of ongoing marketing and product efforts
- Contribute creative thinking and visual leadership within both the Content and Creative departments and the Growth team.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar visual creative or content-focused role
- Proven experience creating visual content for performance marketing and paid social campaigns
- Strong video editing skills with full proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong design skills with hands-on experience in Figma and Canva
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (conversational Hebrew a big plus)
