We’re looking for a data-driven SEM specialist with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience to lead and optimize our activities across multiple channels and markets.
The role includes managing Search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and handling large-scale budgets in competitive environments. We're seeking a strategic thinker and proactive leader, someone who drives innovation, takes ownership of high-impact projects, and constantly looks for smarter, more effective ways to grow performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and scale global PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, overseeing large budgets in competitive markets.
- Monitor performance against business goals, report results, and continuously test new strategies, creatives, and growth solutions.
- Track and analyze KPIs to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Use strong analytical and business judgment to identify gaps, opportunities, and solve business problems.
- Leverage BI tools to analyze business flows and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation through new ideas, opportunity discovery, and auditing business practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Expert-level Excel — must.
- Exceptional academic or equivalent excellence — must.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Strong ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A strong team player with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Advantages:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid search acquisition (SEM/PPC), demonstrating a track record of success.
- Deep practical expertise in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
