We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Affiliate Manager (Business Development Manager) to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

The successful candidate will be required to: 

  • Simultaneously research new industries and develop business relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data. 
  • Plan and implement appropriate strategies, based on target KPI's findings
  • Maintain day-to-day interactions including analyzing results
  • Create and lead new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities. 
  • Build professional relationships with senior managers .
  • Motivated to generate new business development initiatives .
  • Passionate about finding new prospect and build a commercial pipeline.
  • Understand prospects needs, problems or wants.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development\ affiliate management in an online marketing\ digital commerce company- MUST
  • Native English speaker\ mother tongue level- MUST
  • Experience developing new markets and go-to-market strategies, including taking the lead in such planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing large customer portfolios.
  • Effective time management and project planning skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across a range of projects.
  • Experience working with C level managers – advantage 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
