We are seeking for BI Operation Analyst to join our BI team, situated within the R&D department, plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making at all company departments by developing and shaping end-to-end data processes, developing reports and dashboards, as well as designing technical and business monitoring systems, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and ensuring smooth data flow.
As a BI operation analyst, You play a key role in maintaining a solid data infrastructure and in empowering the company's departments with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze ryze’s data in order to validate and improve data flow
- Open and maintain new data integration channels
- Designing technical and business alerting and monitoring systems, reports and dashboards.
- Be a source of knowledge for data integration capabilities and ryze's data structure
- Work in cooperation with cross-functional teams within the company to create comprehensive conclusions and recommendations
Requirements:
- B.A/B.Sc. University degree - preferably Industrial engineering, information systems or another related quantitative field - (Graduated magna cum laude or High Psychometric/Gmat score - A must).
- Proven Experience in Excel: vlookup, pivot table- must.
- Strong SQL - with Practical experience with querying large and complex data sets.
- Excellent analytical skills and Detail-oriented.
- Highly motivated - with proven experience working under a tight schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, a real team player.
- Experience in BI reporting systems or equivalent - Advantage.
