We’re searching for a Head of B2B Marketing who is not only a hands-on expert in Performance Marketing, but also a strategic leader with the vision to scale global campaigns, grow new B2B verticals, and inspire a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  •  Strategic Leadership – Lead the performance marketing strategy for our B2B unit, shaping campaigns across Google and Bing to drive growth and market leadership.
  • Growth Planning – Identify and scale new B2B verticals, implementing innovative approaches and leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize performance.
  •  Team Leadership – Manage and mentor both junior and senior marketers, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and drive measurable results.
  • Drive growth in B2B verticals and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize impact.
  •  Apply an AI-driven mindset to leverage cutting-edge tools and stay ahead of industry trends.
  •  Combine business acumen with deep marketing expertise to deliver measurable results.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in AdTech and Performance Marketing, with proven success in B2B environments.
  •  Proven, hands-on experience in Google/Bing Performance Marketing.
  • Significant background in B2B Marketing or SaaS Marketing, with demonstrated success in scaling global campaigns.
  • Strong business understanding beyond PPC metrics, with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
  • AI-driven mindset – someone who understands how to leverage technology to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analytical, data-oriented leader who can engage in deep business discussions and help the team enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with native-level English.
