We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Initiate, develop and manage relationships with key partners.
- Identify potential partners that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data.
- Plan and implement strategies based on target KPIs.
- Track and analyze partnership performance; identify and implement improvements.
- Build professional relationships with senior managers.
- Generate new business development initiatives and maintain a commercial pipeline.
- Understand prospects' needs, problems or wants.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnership initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, customer success, account management or affiliate management in an online marketing\ digital commerce company- MUST
- Native English speaker\ mother tongue level- MUST
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing large customer portfolios.
- Effective time management and project planning skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across a range of projects.
- Experience working with C level managers – advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
