We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

The successful candidate will be required to: 

  • Initiate, develop and manage relationships with key partners.
  • Identify potential partners that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms using analytical data.
  • Plan and implement strategies based on target KPIs.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance; identify and implement improvements.
  • Build professional relationships with senior managers.
  • Generate new business development initiatives and maintain a commercial pipeline.
  • Understand prospects' needs, problems or wants.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to integrate partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, customer success, account management or affiliate management in an online marketing\ digital commerce company- MUST
  • Native English speaker\ mother tongue level- MUST
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing large customer portfolios.
  • Effective time management and project planning skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across a range of projects.
  • Experience working with C level managers – advantage. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
