We seek a highly motivated, Business Analyst to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business results and track KPIs to improve the company's effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.
- Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems.
- Use the company's BI systems to analyze, draw conclusions, and identify potential gaps/opportunities in the company's business flows with strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate new ideas and discover new opportunities
- Working in collaboration and synchronization with other professionals such as: market analysts and business developers.
- Auditing business practices
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Analytical and business work experience, preferably for a web company, online industry
- High level of Excel - must.
- Experience working with SQL - advantage.
- Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Motivation, in-depth business understanding, aspiration for excellence, creative and out of the box thinking.
- Dominance, ability to work with a team pleasantly.
- Basic English skills.
- BA in Business, Economics, or technical discipline, B.S. in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
