We're growing — and we're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help drive our expansion in the gaming Industry.

The right person for this job will love the action, enjoy solving complex challenges, and know how to balance energy with strategic thinking.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Build and manage relationships with key partners
- Source and secure partnerships aligned with company goals
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the gaming industry.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing to optimization.
- Work with performance data and KPIs to make smart decisions and drive results.
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to bring partnership strategies to life.
- Navigate a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.
- Be ready for fast cycles — one week you're closing a deal, the next it's off the table.
- Spot trends and move quickly on new opportunities
Requirements:
- Sales/business development mindset - a natural dealmaker with high energy and charisma.
- Has 1+ year of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, affiliate management, or customer success in an online marketing or digital commerce environment.
- Analytically minded — able to interpret PPC results, evaluate funnel performance, and turn numbers into insights.
- Understands the basics of online advertising and has hands-on experience with Google Ads/ PPC campaigns — even from their own side hustle or freelance work.
- Resilient, flexible, and thrives in fast-paced environments with a lot of moving parts.
- Native-level English speaker
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a strong advantage
- Experience managing large customer portfolios.
- Effective time management and project planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
