We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. This role is pivotal in scaling our business and demands a candidate with a strategic mindset, capable of independent decision-making, and adept at managing substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Setting up Search campaigns & handling high budgets in highly competitive markets.
  • Use data-driven strategies for optimization and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to meet KPIs and enhance ROI.
  • Conduct thorough marketing research to influence strategies.
  • Undertake market research to uncover new opportunities and target audience segments.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar. B.Sc. graduates with magna cum laude distinction or high psychometric scores are preferred.
  • High level of Excel - must.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and diligent.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various internal teams.
  • Language: Native or high-level proficiency in English.
  • Prior analytical and business work experience or online marketing experience is a plus.
